How can I install the software?
Head to the Getting Started topic and find the Installation Guide you need. The page also explains how to activate TuneSolo programs.
How can I reinstall the software on a new computer?
Please check if you are going to reinstall the same operating system or not. If the operating systems are the same, that is to say, from Win to Win or from Mac to Mac, then you can directly download the software into your new computer and then contact us at [email protected] to refresh your login record. After that, log in to your new computer with your license key.
If the operating systems are not the same, please note that we don’t support switching the plan between different platforms. You’ll then need to purchase a new license to work in the new system.
How do I update the software?
To update, head to the main interface of TuneSolo's software, click on the upper right button "Menu" > "Check Update", then the software will automatically detect whether there is a new version for you to process the software update right away. You can also go to the TuneSolo website to download the latest version. If you failed to update the software, please contact the TuneSolo Support Team.
Subscriptions, Payments & Refund
Can I start a free trial more than once?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to try TuneSolo products for free more than once. If you have tried TuneSolo in the past, it will not be possible to start a Free Trial again.
How to manage your subscriptions?
The subscription will be billed automatically. If you need to cancel your subscription, please send the order information to the TuneSolo Support Team. We will cancel it for you. You will lose access to the program after stopping your subscription.
How do I switch to a different subscription?
When switching to a different plan, your new subscription will begin after your current subscription expires. You should order a new subscription plan first and then contact the TuneSolo Support Team to cancel your old one.
What payment methods do we accept?
You can pay for your order by visiting TuneSolo's official website securely. We provide different payment methods for you to place an order conveniently, including PayPal, Visa, Mater Card, etc.
How can I get a refund?
If you are dissatisfied with our product, let us first apologize for not meeting your expectations. To request a refund, please check the conditions of our Refund Policy.
Can I get discounts?
Please tell us your needs in more detail by contacting us directly. Our sales representative will contact you within 24 hours.
Do you charge VAT on my order?
There are no hidden fees on your TuneSolo bill. But if you purchase the program from European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Japan, and others, then VAT tax will be charged.
How to retrieve my license code?
Please contact us at [email protected] to retrieve it if your license key is unfortunately forgotten.
Can I transfer my license to another computer?
The license code is currently not possible to use across devices with different OS. You can use only one license key per computer. If you want to use the program on a different computer (with the same OS), you'll need to uninstall it from the first computer.
Why did I not receive my license code?

Please send us your license number or order ID for resetting when you need to change or update your computer (with the same OS).
Why am I experiencing crashes?
If the app can't always recover from a crash on its own, you can perform the following checks in an attempt to solve the issue:

Why can't my audio play on my Mac?
Due to some strict audio format and encoding restrictions on Apple devices, sorry, some downloaded audio may not be played correctly on your Mac. Please change to the VLC Media Player on your Mac.
Will Tunesolo run on my computer?
See System Requirements from the product page to see if your system hardware and software are compatible with the latest version of Tunesolo software. Generally, Tunesolo software is compatible with Windows 10/8.1/8/7 (64bit) or Mac OS X 10.11 or higher.
Is Tunesolo available in my native language?
Supported languages on Tunesolo include Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
